1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Wavinawa's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Services Provided
Wavinawa provides legal services including Covenant Defenders, Dispute Resolution Labs, Compliance Fortified, Rights Architect Malaysia, and Regulatory Pathway Solutions. All services are subject to Malaysian law and professional legal standards.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Pay agreed fees in full and on time
- Maintain confidentiality of legal advice
- Notify us of changes affecting your matter
4. Professional Liability
Wavinawa exercises reasonable professional care. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Clients assume all risks related to legal decisions made based on our advice.
5. Fees & Payment
Fees are as quoted in engagement letters. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at 5% per annum.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
We maintain strict confidentiality under attorney-client privilege and PDPA 2010 (Malaysia). Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR principles where applicable.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. We may retain files for 6 years per professional standards.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration under Malaysian law, excluding court proceedings except where required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
